Co-owners Kim Meadows and Bonnie Halls' goal is to provide exceptional customer service and outstanding quality in a welcoming atmosphere. Kim has over 21 years in the industry and is currently a Joico eductator. Bonnie is an esthetician and has over 12 years administrative management experience. Kim and Bonnie pride themselves on the experience that they have collectively as well as the entire Simplicity staff.

One could say there is nothing "simple" about Simplicity, except the concept to keep the customer service top notch, the education at the forefront, the integrity of the stylists , and the quality of the experience job one.
